What Is FootGolf?
FootGolf is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines the best parts of football and golf. Instead of using clubs and golf balls, players kick a football into oversized holes. It’s played alongside our 9-hole Academy Course.
The aim is simple – get the ball into the hole in as few kicks as possible. It’s easy to learn, easy exercise, and perfect for players of all ages and abilities.

How to Play FootGolf
You can play 9 or 18 holes on our scenic parkland course in Luton. It’s a brilliant activity for families, friends, birthday parties, school trips, or team events – no golfing or football experience required!
FootGolf Rules and Etiquette
To keep the game safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules:
- Use only your feet – no heading or throwing the ball.
- Start each hole from the tee area and play the ball from where it comes to rest.
- Avoid damaging the course – please don’t kick from bunkers or greens used by golfers.
- Wait your turn and make sure the group ahead is clear before kicking.
- Keep to time – play briskly to maintain the flow of the course.
- Footwear: Football boots or bladed studs are not permitted. Please wear trainers, astro-turf or pimple-soled shoes.
- Respect other players and enjoy the game!
